Volunteering

How it works

At the Fundacja Leonarda, we believe that change begins with engagement — curiosity, openness, and a willingness to try. For us, volunteering is not only about supporting the Foundation’s activities, but above all a space for personal development, gaining experience, and being part of a team that works with purpose.

We invite people who want to co-create educational and social projects, learn through action, and develop their skills in a safe and supportive atmosphere. We operate locally in Warsaw and internationally within Erasmus+ projects, which is why we offer various forms of involvement — tailored to your abilities, time, and interests.

As a volunteer of the Fundacja Leonarda, you can:
– support the implementation of projects and workshops,
– help organize events and local activities,
– take part in international projects,
– develop social, organizational, and communication skills,
– gain experience in project work and non-formal education.

We want volunteering to be a real developmental experience — based on cooperation, trust, and a sense of agency.
Join us and see how your engagement can become a spark for change — for you and for others.
